A veteran of U.S. Army Medical Services in Korea and Vietnam, Charles Robbins has nearly 50 years of leadership experience and innovation in healthcare services design, policy, and management. Mr. Robbins is a pioneer in managed care and direct care delivery platforms for military, community and special-needs clients.

Charles B. Robbins, COO, Senior Executive Vice President

CRA is a family company as Charles Robbins, Jr. brings in-depth knowledge of healthcare facilities operational start-up, operations, program development and implementation to the CRA team. Mr. Robbins has directed the design construction, and start-up of healthcare facilities for public and private providers since 1975, and is responsible for start-up and operations management.

John Wetherell, MBA, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President

John Wetherell is a seasoned healthcare, financial, and information systems administrator who oversees the financial and reporting aspects of CRA. Mr. Wetherell integrates financial goals and compliance with operational components of CRA.

Kathleen Arlinsky, MS, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, SHRM-SCP, Certified Life Coach

Kathleen Arlinsky brings two decades of experience as a human resource manager to CRA. Ms. Arlinsky manages employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, retention programs, and legal and contract compliance for CRA – and for you.

Dorothy Benavidez, MHA, Senior Vice President

Dorothy Benavidez has more than 30 years combined experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and CRA in healthcare. Ms. Benavidez has experience in ambulatory care, contract management and the CBOC program. She is responsible implementation and oversight of all CRA CBOC operations.

Lynn Stockebrand, Vice President, Quality Management, Provider Relations, Physician Recruiter

Lynn Stockebrand has over 30 years experience in Quality Management. Ms. Stockebrand manages the Quality Management Plan to ensure Joint Commission and OIG compliance, as well as the highest level of quality care. In addition, she works closely with staff to meet and exceed performance measures, as well as ensuring clinical and quality contract compliance.

David Lehnertz, MS, Vice President, Chief Information Officer

David Lehnertz has been guiding CRA’s Information Technology since 1999. Mr. Lehnertz creates and manages all of CRA’s IT strategy and policies for telecommunications, networking, software, hardware, outsourced services, and security. He plays an integral part in integrating and maintaining IT security and information compliance on government contracts.

Julie Turek, CPA, Controller, Vice President

Julie Turek began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick and brings a strong auditing background with her to CRA. She has served as the Controller of CRA since 1999. In her role she is responsible for all accounting activities including financial statement production, cash flow management, revenue recognition, payroll, billing, tax return coordination, and cost accounting reporting.

J. Christopher Barker, Esq., Vice President, General Counsil

Drawing on his broad legal experience and emphasizing a pragmatic, solution-focused approach to issues, Chris Barker oversees all of CRA's legal operations, including contract negotiation, facility leasing, regulatory compliance and litigation.
